Drone Predator 

Predator drone also known as the MQ-1 Predator is an American remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) built by General Atomics that was used primarily by the United States Air Force (USAF) and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). It was modified and upgraded to carry and fire two AGM-114 Hellfire missiles as seen in the pictures.

Use of SolidWorks to design and assemble of drone predator while referencing established Clark airfoil data from the UIUC Airfoil Database.


Drone Body Design

Landing Gear

Landing gear is the undercarriage of an aircraft or spacecraft that is used for takeoff or landing. 

Use of SolidWorks to design and assemble of the various parts of a landing gear: piston, strut, ,shaft, wheel-hub, and sways.

Pump Housing 

This is a pump housing which is a component of a centrifugal pump. It is used to house the impeller. A pump is a device which converts shaft power to hydraulic power which is used in many  applications  such  as:  raising  fluid  to  higher  elevation  and  for  transferring  a  liquid through  piping systems. 

Use of SolidWorks to design the pump housing.
